Following on from the launch of Acquis Insurance Management B.V. (Acquis) in the Netherlands, the company is excited to announce the appointment of Maurice Wijmans onto its Board as Business Development Director. Maurice brings a wealth of experience in commercial lending and risk which will prove invaluable as Acquis extends its product offering. In addition to his extensive industry experience, Maurice speaks Dutch, French, German and English.

Continental Europe continues to be the key focus for Acquis’ growth strategy and Maurice’s experience will provide vital support to the expansion into this market. In addition to delivering exceptional levels of support and service to its existing clients, Maurice will be focused on expanding Acquis’ client base and growing the business throughout Europe.

Following Maurice’s appointment, Marion Denis (Operations Manager), Max Hafkamp and Michaël Dondeyne (Customer Service and Claims Advisers) have also joined the business. The Netherlands business is now operational and is continuing its recruitment drive to further establish and grow the business.
